I’ve never tried Nutella. I’ve heard it’s all the rage. But, I just can’t seem to get past the name.

It does nothing for my senses.
Except for the puckering. Not sure what that is all about.

What a smart boy! Nutella is a very, very good friend. Especially when you bring along his best pal peanut butter. :)

SO adorable. I discovered Nutella when I went abroad to Ireland during college. A love affair ensued.

I agree with one of the other posters – nutella and pb all spread out on some bread is awesome!

My 2 older kids never took to nutella – I think something is wrong with them….

Ah yes, Nutella. A wonderful concoction! Friends for life is right! It’s a great friend of my butt and thighs! I buy it when I am watching carb intake though, it’s good in a pinch. (I lost 120 lbs) which I want to STAY gone! His precious face describes the taste perfectly! With gratitude, Laurie B.

Maternal Mirth: Oh that made me giggle. Exotic like an Australian. We Aussies have our kick-arse Vegemite :-)
Nutella is my friend of a friend. That friend being cellulite, hehe

OK so I live in a bubble. What is Nutella? Is it the chocolatey looking stuff the little cute guy is eating?

Reply

24 jess November 21, 2008 at 7:17 am

Love that little guy. And he is a purist like me – just the spoon and the Nutella. Nothing else to get in the way.

The only sandwich worth eating around here is PB and Nutella. Yumma.

If you’ve never had Nutella, you must try it. It’s a chocolate/hazelnut spread that is to die for. It’s more popular in Europe than here, but you can find it at most grocery stores with the peanut butter. It’s good on crepes, toast, graham crackers etc., but best on a spoon. And I almost never buy it, because I simply can’t resist it!!

Ya know, I JUST picked up a jar at the store last night. I mean, I picked it up, and then put it down. I was checking it out because I hear all good stuff about it. I just have to get it next time and schmear it on something. Is that what one does with Nutella?

And to think I lived for about 29 years before I had my first spoonful. Over a decade after my first taste, I introduced it to my kidlet not long ago. She fell in love at first bite as well!

My brother love, loves nutella! He’s three years older than me and that’s what he’d always put (among other things) in my “care packages” when I was in college….funny, huh?
