I have one final stop to add to the Motherhood Comes Naturally (And Other Vicious Lies) book tour before I retire my spring dresses and heels in exchange for the yoga pants and Ugg slippers I’m far more comfortable in, and I REALLY want to end the tour with a bang. I’d love to be surrounded by the most Scary Mommies, good food, better wine and fantastic conversation. Like the best book club or girls’ night out, ever!
But the where part? I need your help for that…
To enter: Upload an original picture of Motherhood Comes Naturally (And Other Vicious Lies) to the photo contest tab on my Facebook page or on Instagram using hastag #scarymommybooktour. Get creative; use your pet, your kid, you… however you best want to illustrate the book. The image with the most votes on May 12 at 12:00 PM EST, will the best night out (or in) ever! I’ll come to wherever the winner lives and host a book reading/Q&A/gab fest at their house, office or favorite restaurant. I’ll cover the food, drinks, prizes, goody bags — everything we’ll need and more!
Edited to add: This is “popularity contest” in that it is based on votes; I was hoping people would get creative and have fun with the pictures, but when I said the most Scary Mommies, I meant the SCARIEST, not the biggest number. I’d be thrilled to come to your town and take one of you out for dinner, or get a hotel room and have a pajama party. So please don’t stress about how many IRL people you could recruit, and just get funny pictures up!
