Oh my goodness!!!!! That looks like so much fun!!! My daughter LOVES to play in mud puddles. Its the mess that usually kills me – but, then I have to stop and tell myself, that she’s only young once and the day will come that she won’t want to splash in the puddle, so I better enjoy it now while I can.

In my house, my kids want nothing to do with mud, but I can’t keep my husband out of it. There’s something unsavory about chasing a grown man around the house with a towel and wipes.

Boys, Rain Boots and Mud-
they look as dirty as if they’ve gone down a Pesky Wabbit Hole with Elmer Fud.
Yet someday somegirls will think they’re hunky studs,
when they give them candy and bunches of flower buds.
