My kids no longer get up at the crack of dawn, making the ONE and ONLY day that I catch myself saying “Thank god I have teenagers” Christmas.
Plus one of them makes a mean Cosmopolitan… she’s obviously my favorite.

Still chuckle thinking about the time I dressed the oldest up to go play on the deck…snowsuit, boots and all. I was looking forward to some one on one with the sorely neglected baby. All was well for about 2 minuites before the 3-year-old banged on the deck door asking to come in as she needed to use the bathroom. Naturally she was wearing many layers including snow suit, sweat suit, scarf, turtleneck, t-shirt, bathing suit (don’t ask), and panty hose.
