When your husband complains of an earache and stuffiness for weeks on end, you may want to offer up a bit of sympathy rather than rolling your eyes at him. He may just have a double ear infection, sinus infection and popped eardrum.
Just something to keep in mind.
{Sorry, honey.}

My wife has been battling a horrible sinus infection and let me tell you she is not having much fun. And every time I get bummed because the two of us never have any fun she gets furious and says I’m selfish. She may be right…..
She was going on about it the other night and was watching a video about a balloon sinuplasty procedure or something. She is now convinced that this is the thing for her and has a doctor appointment tomorrow where she will talk about it. I don’t have a clue.
I hope she feels better. And not because I am selfish. At least not only because of that, ha.

I think it’s a heavily researched and proven fact that men suffer all illness %200 worse than women isn’t it?
I’ve literally been on my hands and knees cleaning up kid barf, throwing up in the bucket myself (love the stomach flu) and had my ex-husband step over me on his way out with his friends…
“Have a good day babe, call me if you need anything…”
I kid you not and I assure you, he didn’t make it all the way out the door.

Oh no! Usually they’re just “man sick.” I would have thought the same thing. Now go make it up to him with some chicken soup and a foot rub!

Ohhhhh that’s how it works?
I also consistently ignore any complaints of physical ailments coming from my boyfriend… he is in the dictionary under hypochondriac. I guess someday I may look like a big fool for this.

Oops.
You know it would help if they weren’t such big babies the other times they get sick when really they’re not that sick. Maybe THEN we’d take them a little more seriously.

Where on earth did you find this picture? Although I have never been to your house, this doting wife is something that you (AND I) will never be.
Our people subscribe to the “suck it up” mantra.
Besides, our husbands knew what they were getting into before they said, “I do.”

I believe in giving DH the benefit of the doubt every once in a blue moon. If this happened with us, we start with a fresh slate. Mea culpa! LOL
Hope your husband feels better soon!

Doh!
I roll my eyes everytime my husband says he isn’t feeling good. I immediately think “Well when I’m sick I still cook, clean, play with the kids, cart everyone around the whole damn state, work, and still deal with you tapping on my shoulder at the end of the night looking to get some”
Hey, at least I don’t SAY any of that. I’m sure he can read most of that on my face. I just say “oh, do you need anything?”
I suppose I could be nicer. :-x
