    What are some of your MOST annoying kids shows you hate, but your kids love?

    Mine is Max and Ruby.  Hate that show.  Max is an annoying little brat, and Ruby is so bossy. And where the heck are the parents?

    Caillou, Yo Gabba Gabba, and In the Night Garden (that one is nearly as bad as Teletubbies)

    Anything Nickelodeon, toon network, disney channel, kid sprout, boom, teen nick, etc.  No No No.
    And thank god my daughter does not live with me.  She is gonna be 26 in June and watches all those teen mom, jersey shore kinda shows.  I would be copping a plea.

    My kids watch Man vs Wild. I know it's not a "kids programme", but my kids ALWAYS watch that - that dude's voice  just irritates the living daylights out of me.

    LOL @momofdbb My daughter's shows don't bother me, my husband watches Dragon Ball Z/Z Kai, Teen Titans, Transformers, THOSE are the shows that I'd rather not watch.

    My oldest son and my daughter watched them all the time. It drove me crazy. Sometime in that week between DDs death and her funeral, ( I can honestly not remember the day, its a blur) DS was watching it ,( they did a marathon like 24 hours straight !) He told me she was watching it with him, because she loved it so much! It still bugs the snot out of me, he does the moves and yells. He has done the moves at school !! Goober

    I won't let my kids watch max and ruby anymore. It was my dd6's favorite show when she was around 3 and I swear that show is a bad influence. I blame her being whiny and bossy at that age on that show. It was so annoying! I'm glad my dds are old enough to not watch those stupid shows anymore and I just hasn't ever let ds2 watch it. Now I don't like caillou or kipper, so I talk my ds into watching other cartoons. I can handle most other nick jr shows or Disney jr. I just read and block them out as much as possible.

    @unforgiven, not crazy about the anime japanimation stuff, but I confess...I actually like Teen Titans..maybe cause Im Greek?  lol

     

    Ohhh and thinking of anime.. all anime I hate, but especially Pokemon.  Once took my niece and nephew to the movie looong time ago. Hung over! I do not recomend that. Worse part was we had to sit in the front row. Good God thankfully I slept thru most of it, otherwise I woulda   :-&

    I have teenagers so I don't watch a lot of kids shows anymore. But let me just say that my oldest daughter loves Jersey Shore and I think I would take any of the kids shows over that any day.

    My niece is 6 and loves Yo Gabba Gabba, that show makes me want to bang my head against the wall. She also loves Oobi. (Pretty sure I spelled that wrong.) The one with the talking hands, OMG I really hate that show. How is that even entertaining? It's faces drawn on hands. Whoever thought up that show was smoking something that day.

    I love handy manny tho, mainly for pat and turner lol but i totally think mr lopart shouldn't be around kids, he's creepy.
    I love that new show called doc mcstuffins on Disney jr, it's really cute!
    Most of the shows my son likes I don't mind watching with him. :)
    Oh and sometimes I wanna kick Dora in her giant head.

    Pretty much everything on Cartoon Network and everything made by Cartoon Network, and I HATE Sponge Bob Square Pants more than any other show!! I never let my son watch Cartoon Network or Sponge Bob

    The ones that my son likes/loves that annoy me are Dora and Diego, Yo Gabba Gabba, The Wiggles, Caillou, Max and Ruby, Osso and a few others! I am not a fan of the 3-D shaped cartoons these days, they bug me and annoy me what ever happened to GOOD 2-D cartoons.

    OMG @misstressheidi707, thank you! No one ever knows what Oobi is when I talk about it. I hate that show more than all other kid's shows combined! I would prefer to peel the skin off my face rather than watch that show. My second most annoying show is on right now... Dino Dan. Of dd4 was not sick right now, there is no way this would be on at almost 10:30pm. Dino Dan is a fuckin dorkasaurus! C'mon, dinosaurs are just hanging out all over... but this little fucker's the only one that can see them!? Besides those 2 I can deal with pretty much any of the other nick jr shows. I'm so used to it being on I hardly even notice anymore. Caillou and some of the other sprout channel shows are pretty annoying though!

    I cannot stand Caillou I swear that show is a bad influence and both my ds4 and dd2 LOVE Caillou so sadly the show has saved me when every one in the house is sick. 

    I cannot stand the power rangers, anime, and anything that has pretend fighting in it and ds4 only wants to watch those shows.  We are having a problem with him trying to act out the moves in school.  We no longer watch those shows in this house.  Oh and sponge bob, that voice goes right through me.

    Can't stand power rangers anything, and am soo tired of Dora and team umi zoomi but DS12 loves them, so I let him watch them. They are geared towards preschoolers, and are learning oriented, well team umi zoomi is. They teach patterns and numbers and problem solving and DS12 loves it. He can sing the whole opening song,lol, and will w/o prompting to anyone who will listen,lol...

    @unforgiven my little guy loves Spongebob. I have found myself introducing him to different toons. He seems to really like Bubble Guppies and Team Umizoomi. Watching him interact with them touches my heart.

    I actually liked the Wiggles and old Blue's Clues with Steve.  And we loved Bear in the Big Blue House.  I also like SpongBob

    He also loves duel survival, survival man and billy the exterminater.

    Shows I hate - yo gabba gabba, handy manny, icarly, ant farm, suite life on deck, secret life of an American teenager, make it or break it, wow list goes on and on.

    @KyBlossom my ds2's favorite shows are bubble guppies and team umizoomi right now and I love how he interacts with them too. He will answer all the questions and is always right and it just makes me proud.
    And I totally forgot about Oobi! Worst show ever!!
    @despair my dd6 would do the same thing when she was around 3, with the talking in one word sentences. She would just saw what she wanted in one word over and over again; and I would continue to ignore her. I think max and ruby is the worst show, bad influence wise at least, on toddlers.

    Caillou and his whining makes me scream!  He was banned two years ago!  Max and Ruby are annoying as hell, where are the parents?  I call him Pokemon because I can't pronounce his name, but that kid with the duck and the elephant, and the damn Fresh Beat Band!!  If I hear that stupid "Bananas" song one more time, I won't be held responsible for my actions!!  LOL!

    Humm. I never thought Handy Manny was that bad, although Mr Lopart -an older (bald, I guess he might not be old) man who lives with his mother and owns a cat and a candy store - seems like a bad stereotype.
    Fresh beat band and the electric company. Barney doesn't seem that bad, but it's only on once a week here. But I feel sorry for the older kids on any of these shows.
    And how could I forget Waybaloo. What kind of drugs are these people on.

    My baby girl watches anything Anime! I hate that crap! She wants to dress like them, draw like that, and act all depressed when she is away from home. I spied on her once at a game to see her behavior, she even changed clothes. 

    When she got home I blew a fuse! SERIOUSLY you are lying to yourself, me and others. I did not teach you that was acceptable behavior. WTF!

    If the shows have educational value I can tolerate them. Bubble Guppies, Umi Zoomi, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse are all OK, I can even watch Dora and not be too annoyed. And for some reason I have found that the British shows don't bug me nearly as much and I guess that's a good thing b/c you can pretty much better that as soon as my kids hear that accent they come running! Kipper, Peppa Pig, Thomas the Tank engine, etc.
    I agree with whoever said little bill, he's whiny like Caillou. And I can't believe that I forgot to mention that gd mouse Angelina Ballerina. Can't stand her and her damn crying all the time.

    Gosh I hate Caillou so much, I've convinced DD that show is horrible and she runs for the remote or yells for it to be changed the second it starts to come on. She's working on convincing cousins son, who protests her changing it, that the show is of the devil.... because it is. She's only four. I'm so proud.

    Agree with everyone about Dino Dan.  His Dad is "away" on business. Like fuck is he.  He got wise to his freaky child and fucked off.

    I had to tell my daughter that Dino Dan had had to go away.   I would sit here grinding my teeth while it was on.  I also hate Dora and Boots and the fresh beat band makes me want to throw something through the tv.
