I havent been to the fucking gym in weeks.
I am bloaty and pissy and frankly just the thought of going to workout is exhausting.
Absolute zero motivation and it makes me feel soooo bad and worse yet - lazy.

How the heck do i get over this speed-bump?

Ugh this is going to sound so not supportive, but the way I get over it is just to go whether I want to or not, bloated and gross and all. By the time I get there and in the door, I can't bring myself to just turn and walk back out so I work out and end up at least feeling semi accomplished. If anything, it means I can enjoy a good pms treat!

No, don't worry about not sounding supportive.
I am not looking to be comforted - what i need is a good hard kick in the ass.
Plus your method is totally logical...case and point, I need to just come off it and go.
I know I will feel so much better.
    Thank you for your input!

@BookMum,  GO TO THE GYM!  :D

There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality; and then there are those who turn one into the other. Which one are you?

I find that once I get on the treadmill or weights and get myself into a rhythm, I'm fine.  Once the adrenaline and endorphins come back, I feel so much better and my motivation returns.

I also feel like I always have my doc looking over my shoulder, so that's some major motivation!

We all go through droughts when it comes to exercise.  Don't be too hard on yourself.
