coconut oil free products for summer

My normal go to is aveeno products but i was at walmart and the sunblock i normally buy my son has gone from 10 to 15 bucks for a 3 oz tube. It puts it out of my price range atm and with me starting to pack for him to stay with his dad in a hotter drier climate im in need if finding a cheaper brand.. My son is severely allergice to coconut and coconut oil.. Which they add for the scent in over 99% of products now days.. I even cant let him have most store prepared sweets cause of coconut oil and off brand pudding has coconut oil.. Also coconut oil is becoming the rage for healthy cooking.. Can anyone help me.. Avon is ok seemed to leave an oily sticky film that makes kids into dust collectors..

We use Coppertone Water Babies Pure & Simple - no oil, no fragrance, no coconut, wears all day, and works great! I'm allergic to vitamin E, aluminum, and most fragrances, so I understand the struggle of finding a suitable product. Unfortunately it's not paraben-free, but with my issues I have to pick my battles. I bought an 8-oz bottle for around $10 at Target.

Please avoid the sprays if you can, or if you do use one, spray your hands and rub on your son. It's really hard to avoid inhalation of those sprays, especially for kids.
