    So I was hoping to get some feed back about Breast enhancement. I am really considering getting a boob job and wanted to know if anyone here has done it and what they think. I have heard many women say they wish they had gone bigger than they did. I am wondering about the pain after, how long to take off of work. Right now I am a 36b and thinking about going to a dd. I am 5'3" and very cury so I think it will look good. Your thoughts and experiences would be helpful

    I want a boob job so bad!! I am a 34a and would love to be a 36c I am on the thin side so a small c would be perfect for me, I think lol I know the cost is about 2500-3000 here in my area and lol they even finance them <That cracks me up!!! 
    A woman I worked with had hers done and she took two days off work but she took a thursday and friday so that way she had 4 days off with the weekend. She said that with the pain meds she was okay but the worst was when she woke up. I think that if I can have babies by c-section with no pain meds afterwards I can have a boob job no big deal lol

    yes!! @MammaTeeRoll I so agree!! Make sure the surgeon is certified with the board of plastic surgeons and has a good reputation with them!!

    Being 5' and a 32DD-DDD I would not recommend going that big.  If you use a very good surgeon, and if you're going to do this, I would ABSOLUTELY make sure you do, s/he will be able to advise on the size that will enhance your body frame.

    Again, coming from someone who IS fairly busty (even though I need to lose 20 pounds, I'm still very petite) DD-DDD freaking HURTS.  They do NOT have comfortable "sexy" bras, you can't go w/o one, they're heavy--I have dents in my shoulders from my bra straps.  Little strappy, sexy dresses/tops are out unless you want your boobs falling out.

    I'm not saying DON'T do the enhancement, just don't go that big...they're a PAIN!  Literally and figuratively.  I wouldn't go any bigger than a C or D.  Though, if I go back and look at my D cup bras, of which I still have a few, they look SO tiny compared to my DD, so I'm wondering if the bra makers haven't changed them over the years...because I certainly don't think I LOOK that much bigger!

    Yes, make sure the surgeon is Board Certified, BUT check out patient recommendations too.

    I would absolutely love to have mine done. Its so fun boob shopping online. There are millions of pics and searching criteria online. Read as much as possible and be aware of the risks. Also really check out your surgeon. Take a tour of his/ her office. you will have an ongoing relationship with them so like them. One more thing be sure of what you want. Print pictures of your ideal breasts and show doctor. Millions of before and after shots online.

    mine were always small but perky and cute. now, just small. that was one of the main things i was looking forward to about having a kid, getting bigger boobs but if anything they got smaller. not fair.

    I wore 34B and 105 lbs before I got pregnant..looking back, I was probably 32C though.
    2 years later, lost 28 of 40 lbs baby weight, I'm still 32DD.
    I don't think they look too big on me at all, and I'm 5'1 3/4" and 117 lbs.

    Go for it @fitmommy!  Also, don't they let you wear inserts and test them out before they do the surgery?  As seen on Teen Mom.. ha

    Boobs, we were talking boobs (or lack there of). Yeah, I rock a 34a as well. More like a fucking training bra that most 7-8 year old girls wear now. I want boobies too! My biggest dream is to flash someone and have someone actually care or notice! I want to look like the mud flap chick. I got the curves and legs already, just no boobies :((

    I have been thinking about this for years, I have done tons of research. I have a doctor a friend used him and she looks amazing. She has only had hers for a couple of months. @MistStacey_2010 I love the fact that you can finance as well that will be how I will be paying for them. boobs anonymous sounds like a good group

    If the surgeon you find is good at his/her job, then he/she is truly and "artist."  Plastic surgeons ARE the artists of the medical world, just like heart surgeons are the plumbers, neurosurgeons the electricians, etc.

    The right one can just "tell" what the right size is for you, go with that, and "interview" a few before you decide on the doc.

    I've had mine for five years- and not regretted them for a second!! I am 5' tall and 110 pounds. I was a 36A before, and now a 36 D. Mine are silicone which is more expensive, but looks and feels more natural. They are placed under the muscle. If I remember correctly they are 450cc. Hope that helps!!

    @NeedMoreCoffee thanks I am def going under the muscle was not sure about silicone. @MistyStacy_2010 my husband says the same thing about liking them the way they are. But he knows how much I want them so is willing to make the payments. I always say it is a present for both of us.

    @missmama5 its a confidence thing for me. I am 28 and can fit into the same shirts my 8 year old son wears. Its sad lol but I doubt its something I will ever do. The husband is happy with the size I am now. So its more the way I feel when I look in the mirror. Not once have I ever felt sexy even though Kelly tells me all the time I don't see me the same way he does ya know?

    I'm content with my 'cupcakes'.  But check out www.realself.com, it's got stories from ppl who had the surgeries, Dr. reviews, and before and afters.  I used the HELL out of the site waiting to get my tummy tuck.  And be picky about the doctor, there are plenty to choose from, a good one will tell you if they think you're going too big!  Good luck with your decision!

Actually that's Amber's Secret (me!) haha! @fitmommy @MistyStacy_2010 I've heard horror stories about losing the feeling in your nipples! Doesn't that freak you out a bit?! I'd rather have my handful-o-stretchmarks that get me hot n' bothered than a couple of sensationless water balloons under my skin. I'm honestly not trying to come across as crass or offensive, I'm just pondering the whole numb-nips situation. Because that would suck mightily, methinks.

    Oh and MistyStacy, if you can fit into the shirts your 8yo wears I want to know what diet you're on. Do you only eat kale and jalapeno peppers?!?! I wouldn't even care about the size of my melons if I could fit into a shirt that small!!!!!!! Teehee.

    Bahaha he is a tall 8 year old so he wears a size 10in shirts so they cover his belly. And I have always been thin just siting the last two years I was able to put on some weight, I weigh 126 now and that is the "heaviest" I have been and not be pregnant. But the no sensation in the nips totally freaks me out lol I am not going to spend the money to get them done. Shew if I had that kind of money laying g around new breasticles would be so far down the list lol

    I have implants and they are freaking awesome.  The only time you risk losing sensation in your nipples is if you go through the nipple with the implant.  I went throught the armpit and under the muscle and I breastfed and everything works just like it did before.  I went from a 34 A to a 34 Full C small D.  Biggest confidence booster ever.  I used to have a boys chest.  People always referred to me as a "nice girl" before and now they call me a woman.  I feel much more sexy and womanly.  I have cohesive gel silicone implants and I think they are 400cc. 

    Care Credit is the financing that most boob drs accept.  You can put some money down and finance the rest and there's no interest for some alloted amount of time.  My XH killed my confidence and boobies sure did help pick me up off the floor and feel good about myself again!
