    First of all, HUGE apologies for the site over the past few days. We should be good to go now, (refresh your screen a few times!) but let me know if you're still having issues.

    In other news, Nikki has officially taken on the role of assisting me with other areas of the site. She's orchestrating Scary Mommy Nation, helping with advertising, special projects and finding ways to make Scary Mommy better than ever before.

    Because of this, she will be stepping back from the community side of things. The former mods: Love, Sammie, CanadianMama, unforgiven and LesboMom will now be joint community managers. They are your go-to girls for any and all site issues going forward. They have been valued members of the community since the beginning and are more than prepared for this new direction. As always, I can't thank them enough for everything they have done and continue to do here. Honestly, there would be no boards without them!!

    Thanks again for your patience!

    Congrats @ScaryMommy and @Nikki it is really cool and fascinating to watch this site and you evolve as it grows. I'm learning too as I watch. I'm as always so grateful it is here and for all these amazing people I have access to as they help me through my days.

    Nice to have good news on here! :)

    But just an FYI, the changes do not seem to be iPad compatible. The threads are fine now, and the comment area takes up most of the screen, but the categories are in a narrow column at the bottom followed by the community managers. Also, the ability to start a PM has disappeared. Because I only use an iPad, this impacts me ... and I still haven't figured out how to post a pic otherwise I would screen print it.

    I have emailed you a screen print, @scarymommy.

    on my computer the text appears to be squished to the center of the page with the categories located at the bottom of the screen?  is it suppose to be all one column?  or is it my computer? just wondering, I'm not complaining... I have no problem with changes :)  love your site Jill and dedication to this community, jill & mods!!
