Gymboree. I just can't help myself! Between the absolute adorable-ness, the coupons, sales and Gymbucks it's never ending. When I first stepped into Gymboree I was floored at the price tag. $30 for kids jeans?! Go fuck yourself. But then I learned the sale and coupon cycle and I've become addicted.

I think it started when DD first went to day care and the teachers commented that she was the best dressed toddler and they never saw her wear the same thing twice. I felt like I had to keep that up. And I have.

I never buy full price and I always have a coupon. The clothes hold up really well and I can consign them to get some money back when she grows out of them. People think I'm crazy. And I always buy the full line so she had everything from the hair curlies to shoes and everything can be mixed and matched.

Now Janie & Jack is far too expensive and Crazy 8 just looks cheap compared to Gymbo. I haven't found another store that has met my expectations. Does anyone have any other stores the just have any stores they are addicted to?

This is me with Carter's! I go when I know there's a sale and I have coupons. I do awesome!

And on a grown Up level I do awesome at Lane Bryant between the sales, coupons and Real Women's bucks. I got four bras for $80 one day! I rarely find anything I like in my size on clearance though. Its usually stuff I like but in sizes way to big for me that are left over.
I'm as sexy as a burp mid-kiss. Watch out!

I mostly shop at Children's Place and Old Navy for DS2.  We have Crazy 8, but I've never bought anything there.  We don't have the other stores though.  :-/   I get coupons from Children's Place all the time, they are always doing sales, and with my mom's store credit card I get an extra 5% off.

I liked the Children's Place before I got into Gymboree, but then I found most of TCP stuff to be a little too plain and they have a ton of graphic t's. I do still buy the matchables from them, those are great for throwing on after the beach or to run to the store.

I'll be upset when she "grows out" of Gymbo, I don't like Justice at all. Maybe Gap or something. I had the Place credit card but didn't use it enough so I cancelled it. My 5% off sticker got ruined before could even stick it on my card.

Carters is cute too, I don't know of a Carters store around me though. I think you can buy pieces at Macy's and what not but not the whole shebang.

I liked Gymboree better when they had the Gymboree Bucks that could be used anytime, not only certain ones.  I generally don't have a need when the coupons are good...

I was a Please Mum whore!!  I was so sad when they both outgrew the place.

I bought everything there on sale- it lasted amazingly well and was cute to boot.  On sale, not much more than Walmart or Zellers, but so much better quality.  They might have not had overflowing closets, but the clothes lasted well and cleaned well and weren't ripped or falling apart after 2 wearings.

I loved Please Mum too, I wasn't into Gymboree's style. Plus with 3 kids, and limited access to the city, I never could use the coupons. Now I do most of my kids' shopping at The Children's Place and supplement with cute stuff from the name brand places like the Gap or American Eagle children's lines. I'm a bit sad and scared for my bank account now that my 10 yo is too big for TCP, and is going to have to switch to Hollister and Aeropostale.
See ya in another life, sister!

I was like @curious and @canadamom - loved Please Mum!  I hate Gymboree because we booked my son's first birthday party there and no staff showed up!  Haha so I won't shop in their retail stores either.  Now that he's too old for Please Mum it's pretty much The Gap, H&M and the Children's Place for him. Winners sometimes, but it can be pretty hit or miss.

The only store I'm personally addicted to is Sephora.  God help me I have more makeup than anyone needs.

I have a system, lol. I start looking for Rylee's next size or season wardrobe months before she needs them. I look at Macy's (they have great sales, and if you're Canadian you can get 10% off), I buy some stuff at Crazy 8's or Gymboree when they're having a good sale, then I move to Canadian department stores (they carry the same brands as Macy's) and get what I can on sale there. I'm pretty much always on the hunt for quality clothes on sale. I am definitely addicted to shopping for Rylee. I need to find the sales, lol.

Have any of you joined Crowdtap or Influenster? They send you free stuff as long as you agree to spread the word on the products you receive. I'm actually getting a "mom voxbox" from influenster any day now. Idk what's in it but I'm pumped to see! And crowdtap sent me a whole bunch of stuff to hold my own madagascar 3 party for free.

@CalliFlower82 I used to work for LB the first things to sell out are always 14-18s, RWDs will rock your world when you use them. Also the 25$ off of 75$ when used with their weekly sales really gets a girl a whole wardrobe fast.

I have to say that I am really intimidated by the thought of having to clothe a LO I have no trouble shopping for myself, in fact I LOVE shopping, but I went to Babies'r'Us the other day and am just floored at all the baby and kid products.

Target seems far more friendly lol.

The Children's Place & Old Navy. I'm in love! I like the style of their clothes, but I rarely buy them at the stores. Mainly in places like Once Upon a Child. Sometimes Old Navy has really kick ass clearance!

I liked TCP a lot for DD9.  Gymboree when she was much younger.  She wears a 14/16 but she cannot wear TCP 14/16 anymore.  She's too chubby and their clothes are cut for a more slender build, I think.  :(

And I am not big on the Justice stuff either.  Too much sparkly and too close-fitting.

She is 9 but still wears whatever we give her to wear and I buy pretty much all her stuff at thrift stores, it is very very hard to find things that are flattering and still "girl" clothes vs. "hoochie" in her size.   Surprisingly I find a lot of cute, yet age appropriate stuff from Target.   A lot of her cutest things are Keedo and Fresh Produce.

i'm addicted to any kind of bargain. coupons, sales, consignment name brands. i just got a coach purse for free by helping out at the consignment store. its in great condition and is only a couple seasons old so its still in style. its sad that a purse can make me so happy but it seriously made my week. i am the cheapest, tightest person ever. earlier bf and i were at krogers and i take 10 minutes on every single item comparing amount to price. he was like its food stamps why are u being so cheap lol i just cannot stand to spend more than i have to. even at convenience stores if i see something for 10 cents less than i paid somewhere else i get so mad.

Ooooh I love purses! I'm a Dooney girl myself. My brother bought me a coach for my birthday last year and its still in the box. Its just not my style and I have no idea what to do with it. The tag on it says $239 but idk if that's what he got it for or where he got it. I'm not about to ask him either.

I loved gymboree when ds was young! After they grow out of 5T though the clothes look cheesy to me. So now that she is six we do Mini Boden. I buy everything online just bc its so much easier but you can also get their stuff at Nordstrom.

For myself I'm addicted to Charlotte Russe. I shop online now because we don't have one nearby but they're quick to get your money back to you on returns. I still have everything I've ever bought from there. Beautiful things and absurdly cheap. Shoes and shorts for $15! Knickers for $1 each when you buy 10! I just try to crush the nagging feeling that some child in a 3rd world country made those clothes so inexpensive.
