A Jamestown, Ky., man is being accused of killing a woman who never returned from a run, Kentucky

    State Police said.

Early Thursday, Kentucky State Police began searching for Sarah B. Hart, 31, of Jamestown.

    Hart
was running between Jamestown and Russell Springs, just north of Lake
Cumberland, with her sister early Thursday but began to feel unwell and
returned home, while her sister continued to run, state police said.

She never made it, and the sister reported to police that she was missing, state police said. Hart’s body was discovered at about 11 a.m. Thursday in a field with high weeds just off U.S. 127.

Police have not released the cause of death.

    Thursday
afternoon, Jamestown Police arrested Christopher W. Allman, 28, and
charged him with Hart’s murder, state police said. Allman was also
charged with robbery, kidnapping and tampering physical evidence.

ETA: The autopsy results were back today and reports say that she was 10-11 weeks pregnant and that the cause of death was strangulation with at thick weed.

Here's the newest details on the incident.

At least she got to put up a little bit of a fight. Sick fuck.

Sarah Hart was a mother to three little ones. This is a major crime in our little neck of the woods and so senseless.

Her poor kids. And her sister is going to be haunted for the rest of her life by her decision to continue her run instead of going back with her sister. Things like this just defy comprehension.
