Anyone Have Experience w a TeleDoctor?

    I have an appt next month for a med eval. As I was hanging up the phone when I made the appt she goes BtW we now do those types of appts through a TeleDoctor setup.

    Can someone explain to me how it works? Should I be searching for a new, in person Doctor?

    Generally it's done to eliminate trips to the hospital for YOU. It should be as in depth as in person. But without getting into anything you might not want to...I'd suggest you find an in person doctor if this is something you don't think should be done on the phone.

    But generally speaking, if you'd just be sitting in the Docs office answering questions with (your clothes on) then there is absolutely no reason for you to be at the doctors office in the first place. It's just as easily done by phone.

    @megsue yeah it's just a med evaluation.  I go every 3 months.  I always keep my clothes on.  :)  It's usually questions like do you have thoughts of harming yourself or others.
