    Right click on that image
    Select "save image as" (then save the image somewhere on your computer)
    Log into facebook
    Go to your profile
    On the bottom right of your current cover photo there is a button that says "change cover photo" - click it
    Select Upload Photo from the drop down box
    Then upload the Scary Mommy image from your computer
    Voila :)

    Consider it done! I had to pull it back down for a second while I find a new profile picture because the red droplets make it look like my kid's head was bleeding. I'm not THAT scary! LOL
