    My dd13s friend lost her dad yesterday in s motorcycle accident . He lost control of his bike and went down. He was not wearing a helmet, (it is not required in our state) and suffered a severe head injury. He leaves behind a wife and three kids. It is a very sad day in our small town.

    My thoughts are with the family. Reminds me how lucky my son is to have walked away from a head injury with a few scars and some basic recovery.
    Think of your problems as challenges to overcome not obstacles to be avoided.
