Update on the moo
-
She is not sleeping as much and has been laughing and playing all day! She is still weak on her right side and when she gets tired it is much more noticeable. Her nose is crooked so we are pretty sure it's broken, obviously sensitive to the touch and when she coughs or sneezes. Bruising on the Back of her head is starting to fade and the nose is not as bruised but under her right eye is still pretty bad. We tried to lay off the Tylenol today and stretch her to every 6 hours and we did well until she started getting tired. All in all she is doing great... She will not crawl on our tile floors (kitchen and back door area) she just cries when she reaches it and because of her right sided weakness she isn't able to pull herself up like she could before the accident or walk with assistance... Her poor little leg gives out.

@luvlyssa, I'm starting to calm down a bit... We have been busy all weekend so I told df we need to stay home tomorrow and let her sleep as much as possible. She needs to in order for her brain to heal. Today, at a family BBQ ds got bit by a dog so my nerves were shot up a little but he is fine. About 5 minutes of crying and he was back bouncing off he walls.

@boomeseca, that's whats made me stay on this website :) I am so thankful for all your prayers and love. Hayley is almost 100% minus her excessive sleeping but they said to expect that for weeks. She ate a whole jar of baby food last night. First time since the accident she has wanted anything other than a bottle. Today I clean and baby proof everything so this won't happen again... We got lucky this time... The pediatric icu doc said we are lucky, with where the mirror hit and how bad it bruised her brain, that she isn't paralyzed on her right side and wont have any lasting damage.

I may be a little behind on the times, but what happened?
