I'm an 80s girl at heart. @BellaBefana, you can make me a mix any day. :) -
@French_mom: the classics NEVER die...Bite me, cupcake!
-
And you know you're really old when they stop playing the music you consider "oldies" on the oldies stations and start playing the music of your youth...it'll happen to you too @MorganDBite me, cupcake!
-
@BellaBefana You aren't old! Just older than me. ;) And I kind of skipped the 80s in favor of everything else.lol
-
@BellaBefana I heard Nirvana on a classic rock station when I was still in highschool...it's already happening.LOL

Love me some ACDC
-
@MorganD: hate to break it to you, but Nirvana are older than me! My 20's something neighbor came home one night to his dad drinking a 6 pack and blasting Nirvana or Peal Jam, don't remember which. He was appalled that his 50 year old dad was listening to this cranked up at 3 a.m. I just laughed at him. and laughed and laughed when I told him they were probably older than his dad.Bite me, cupcake!
-
@morgand acdc is my favorite! back when i was single and childless they were my drinking band .. now theyre my workout band... although sometimes when i run on the treadmill with it on i get the strangest urge to start taking shots of jack daniels.. weird ..
-
@BellaBefana They still rock. But I can't seem to get into most 80s bands. Then again, I was born in the 80s, so I can't bring that decade down too much.lol However, I do love the 70s. :)
-
@warriormommy3 lol I don't really have a drinking band, since I don't drink, but I do have dancing bands. Sometimes I blast stuff and can't stay still!
-
@morganD everything is my dancing band! I dance in the car while i drive , sitting in a chair , everywhere! the only thing i actually like to do with my kids is the just dance games on the wii! lol
-

There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality; and then there are those who turn one into the other. Which one are you? -
@warriormommy3 OMG, my SO and I dance in the car and it's hilarious. People look at us like we're crazy, but our kids love it. We dance around the kitchen sometimes too and he does the movie star dip and kisses me.lol I love it. :)

O.o I was raised on this stuff, and I'm only 21.... I actually prefer "classic rock" to modern stuff generally.... but I listen to it all! :D -
If I need to get my ass in gear, it's probably Korn, Pearl Jam, Guns N' Roses, Metallica, or something like Pink (girl power and all ;-) ). But to workout, it's gotta have a beat that goes on and on...Lil' Wayne or Pharrell.
