    What's on your Christmas wish lists?  I'm going to take world peace, health, time with loved ones etc as obvious.

    I was going through my "I wants", and lots are for the kids (mine and daycare), or really expensive.  (our price limits are anywhere from $25-$100)

    I want my basement finished, it won't be that expensive, we just need to buy trim and doors.

    I want a bigger tv and a game system (wii etc) for the basement for the winter. Our 2 tvs are under 30", and older tube type tvs, so I'm not thinking anything extreme.

    I want some landscaping (a couple flower beds) in the front yard, and a patio or deck in the back, with some comfy seating.

    I want my line of credit paid off.  That should happen before any outdoor stuf, or a tv and game, but I don't mind putting some money into the basement first.

    I don't want clothes because I want to loose weight before my sister's wedding next summer, I don't want jewellry because ds pulls on it like crazy so I don't wear what I already have, I don't want chemical filled bath/body products (as wonderful as they smell), I don't want home decor I can't display until the daycare moves into the basement....What I need is motivation to get off my butt, do my organizing, and to nag dh until the basement is done. (thanks to eapple for the accountabillity thread)

    So I'm having trouble coming up with things I can actually get, my birthday & Christmas are coming, and I know these people are going to spend money, so I'd rather they spent it on things I will enjoy.  What do you ladies want? Big or small.

    For me? My tattoo. I told DH it could be my birthday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Anniversary present. Still trying to find some children free time to look check out a tattoo studio together....or I'll just have to go by myself. And maybe some bras that fit and some new clothes, but I'll save up birthday money for those.

    The kids- We know what we're getting DS2.5 (two things really, and some sticking stuffers. the grandparents will more than make up for it.) No idea for DS7mo. We have sooooo many toys already.
    I'm as sexy as a burp mid-kiss. Watch out!

    I want board books for H, and a foam puzzle pad for the floor of his room because the carpet sucks in there. I want an ergobaby carrier so SO can carry H. I want a membership to the gym down the street. I want some GOOD pans. I want a cubby shelf for H's room. I want an entertainment center with doors that close and mounting for a flat screen. H is going to be getting into things REALLY soon and I'm worried about him pulling things onto himself. I'd also LOVE someone to buy or make some wool covers for H for nighttime!

    gift card to the craft store haha. been so long since i've been in there to pick up some stuff for cards/scrapbooking i'm feeling withdrawls, its the one thing I can do that's for me and making the cards then giving them out and seeing the peoples expressions and "you made that?" is great! that or they are really saying "didn't know you had the brains for that!!!" LOL
    Crazy? I was crazy once...they locked me in a room with no windows. That drove me nuts. Nuts! Squirrels eat nuts. They drive me crazy. Crazy! I was crazy once..

    I just want my husband to put some thought into a gift. I don't care if its a five dollar gift. He always waits til a day our two before then rushes around and I always get an incredibly impersonal gift. Example: electric skillet, a vacuum, picture frames, and gift cards.

    My DS6 wants a NintendoDS 3D XL and a $60.00 game.  I had a really big laugh about that one, until my DH said why not, we have the money.  (No dumbass, I have some money saved because I have been cutting expenes like a madwoman, you don't.  I am saving up so I can kick your ass out and pay for the Attorney who will make damn sure I don't have to pay you maintenance on my crummy salary just because you are an idiot and it took me way to long to figure it out).

    I would like some me time...where I didn't feel guilty about not seeing DS or DH or not being at work to keep on top of things; where I could hole up in a room with my sewing machine and finish the multitude of projects that I've started and not finished...

    I'd like to know what to get DS2.5 for Xmas, since I feel like the child has every toy/book/electronic device he could ever want...

    I'd like a magical fairy to make moving next month an absolute breeze (i.e. - do all the packing, unpacking, moving, cleaning, etc....) some of it I can make happen (cleaners, etc) but the rest is going to be loads of fun on my 5 month pregnant body...

    Aw, hun, I feel your pain. My SO is the same way. If he loses track of time or waits too long, he does a walmart hit-and-run and I can always tell.lol Men.

    i want my husband to quit being a jackass and just agree with me on a name for this baby boy in my belly. or at least have a decent serious suggestion so we could narrow it down. dh is making this way harder than it needs to be! and i really really want him to just let me name the baby what i want to name him!

    I want clothes. Jeans that's fit that don't stretch out and make me look like I have a penis or that I have to pull up so high they touch my bra. Some winter boots a new scraper for my car. A gift card for a spa day. I have never had a real massage I'm betting I would love that shit!

    For DH--that he finds a better job. This one.....SO stressfull. We're grateful but still. I know he's not happy :(
    For DD--that she gets into Brown University, her dream school (since she's applying early decision, we should find out by Xmas!)
    For DS--he wants an ipod so bad. I may have to tell the grandparents for that one.But also that we figure out what his LDs are so he can function at his best in school. and possibly an e-reader
    For me--to adopt a rescue pug. It's hard being at home alone every day (our dog Willow is awesome but not a cuddler).

    As a family, that we get our home organized and some things get repaired like the leaky roof!!


    Dream wishes--a balloon ride (but I worry because I can't stand up for more than 5 min due to my disability--do they make balloons w/ chairs?)
    Trip to Discovery Cove--I want to swim with dolphins!

    Planning on getting the kids passes to go play paintball :D
    Start redoing DS room (it's going to be a reptile/amphibian themed room)
    Redo my fish tank and get a seahorse tank
    Jellyfish tank for DS room

    One of my biggest wishes--to be able to come out to my family (parents etc).

    I want new couches (mine have holes) and a new floor in the living room (ripped up the carpet after the cats ruined it. It's concrete now) The rest of my house is nice, but the living room is lived in and one of the only places animals are allowed :-(

    Also, I want my budget to not be so sad looking around the holiday season. My kids never go without and make out pretty well. They'll never know of the late mortgages, utitlties and late fees I deal with just to budget Christmas.

    I want school enrollment/financial aid to go smoothly so I can go back to school in the spring and finish my nursing degree. I just want to be able to have a job I love and give my two boys the life they deserve.

    My van needs a front end alignment.

    My van needs new tires.

    My van needs new brakes.

    The A/C in my van needs fixed before next summer hits. This past summer was unbareable!

    or..... a new car! lol

    I would like a day to myself. Just solitude. I miss that. Haven't been alone since I had DD 3.5 years ago.  I would also like to spend a few days with my DH, just the two of us, and for him to leave his iPhone (for work) off. I would also like for DH not to work so much...sigh.

    I want to wake up healthy so I can go back to work. Then I can afford to do some of the things thats are rattling around in my head. Paying bills, home reno and  decor, new underwear. Decent shoes.

    If that could happen it would take some stress off my DH and make him happier, which would make me happier.

    hahahaha stickers and crayons are DS3s favorite things too.  Have you tried the crayola dry erase board with crayons?  those crayons come off EVERY hard surface EASY

    I don't really need much for me. A new cozy bathrobe and slippers would be lovely. And a small food processor would be super cool. Me & SO don't usually buy Christmas gifts for each other bc our budget is very tight and it's more important to us that we use whatever extra we do come up with for the kids.
