    Hope everyone fared well last night! Poor NYC looks like a disaster zone. Luckily we're fine in Maryland - messy, but fine. But I ate about a pound of Halloween candy last night, so this is timely, and hopefully will get any other nervous eaters back on track...

    @Koren and I will be hosting a chat on Thursday night. She'll be available starting at 8PM EST (6 MST, 5 PST)for any health/wellness questions and I'll be there, too. If you've been following along and have any questions for her, pop in! Would love to see you.
