    one tip- at my first wedding, we were married at night.  No dinner cost!  (We had a midnight buffet, but no sit down meal) Also, it was gorgeous, with the stars and the candlelight...

    For this I would get dixie cups, paint them the wedding colors and put white Christmas lights through them. Looks very romantic to me. image

    I made the guest book for my sisters wedding using photos of her and her fiance (and their daughter). You could probably order one pretty inexpensively off of Shutterfly, or you can make one yourself and get it printed. I loved it because it was extra personalized!

    We are getting our "engagement" pictures done next weekend and the photographer has a beautiful fall background we are going to use, and that's what we are going to use as our save the dates too

    cute idea... you could get pics from different stages of your and DF life and put them in frames for people to see when they enter. Like baby pictures, HS pics, and pics from working together on the farm

    I've got some kick butt recepies fir things like truffles that you can make ahead of time and throw in a freezer.
    I also have a bunch of candleholders that never got into *my* wedding... I'll have to post pics when I get home... they're the type that you float tapers in.. and you can get some ribbons in your colours to mix and match...
    Hell I think I have 14 of them... I'll count em, and if you want 'em we can hash out shipping and stuffs.
