You ladies were so helpful with the desserts, I thought I'd ask about dinner!

Any good dinners that can be made using only the microwave??  My stove is not functioning at the moment....

What about quesidillas, not perfect in the microwave, but some tortillas, cheese & left overs make yummy quick eats.

Electric skillet? Crock pot? Grill? Toaster oven?
When we moved I had to use every available resource until we got propane delivered.
    Sandwhiches are yum, sometimes.

You can steam veggies in the microwave. Grilled cheese? Toast bread and then zap to melt cheese? Do you have a griddle or electric frying pan? You could cook almost anything on that

I do have a griddle.  Would fix rice in the rice maker, but alas, we have no rice and no way to get to the store.  Too late for crock pot.

I think I'm going to do chicken on the griddle and make an attempt at doing pasta in the microwave.....steamed veggies to go with.

    Biting's excellent. It's like kissing. Only there's a winner.
