    Glad the cricket is squished @sanityseeker!

    We are getting ready to venture into the goat milk thing.  You know, having our own goats to milk.  On average Nigerians produce about 3 cups two times a day.  That's A LOT of milk!!  I was reading that it also is the most similar to breast milk as far as it's nutritional value and it's easier to digest.

    AND!!  I love goat cheese!

    Yumm! Used to milk my auntie's goat. We'd make cheeses and such. :) Don't know where to get it now though...
