    Spring football practice starts today........'dud is beside himself with EXCITMENT!!!!!! All weekend he had a scary grin plastered on his face........one week conditioning.....then PADS!!!!!! Which means then they get to HIT!!!!!! I'm worried by HOW much he is looking forward to that.......lol
    Anyways, the BIG news....... Head Defensive coach from SAC STATE called ME :D lastnight, asking permission to speak with 'dud today after zero period!!!!!! Do you realize how hard it was to keep that in?????? I didn't even tell jeffe!!!!!! Milkdud came straight home after to tell me, give me the invite to summer camp and coachs card.......told me he had pulled him aside after addressing the team and wants to call/meet with him later today!!!!!!!! Needless to say, I was tackled and thrown over 'duds shoulder when I admitted to already talking to coach yesterday!!!!! I'm still crying from seeing the purest form of joy coming from that kid. .....fuckin football.....

BTW, momma, you KNOW that not being close to Vegas ain't gonna have nothin' to do with bare boobs and beer, right?  It's a college rite of passage, and you DEFINATELY don't want him going to SD State...it's one of the biggest party schools in the country.  I know, I went there, AND worked at the ER around the corner....

    @SchweddyBalls ...I'm just gettin' into this convo, but had to post and tell you how much this all ROCKS for your son!  I'm a HUGE (figuratively and literally....sigh) football fan and wherever he ends up playing, you just let this SM know and I'm gonna be watchin'!  He looks like a major stud in your pics and deserves a shot to prove what he can do!  I'm in the middle of the damn country, so I can't help with the dumb bitch ass beatings if needed, but I'll start a bail money drive for @MammaTeeRoll if needed!  lol

    I can so relate to your excitement yet nervousness and pride and all the things that are rolled up in those feelings.  My son is only 8, but is a state ranked swimmer....and this was his first year competing.  I hope and pray (b/c he loves it so much, not for my own benefit) that he ends up in a position like your son where he has the opportunity to do this long term.  And if/when it does, I'm gonna be calling on the SM army for support (and skanky girl ass beatings), too!

    I've been on the recruiting side of college athletics. I wrote letters to kids myself! This is amazing!!!! So thrilled for him and you! If you have any questions about rules and the process let me know. My mom works for the NCAA and makes sure recruitment and grades are all above the boards!

    "Summer camps" are like one, sometimes two day things...m.cost is pretty low......so im not worried. One in SD is like 30 minutes from family, SAC is 45 minutes from my baby sis.......so there's some where to stay as well......BUT this could get pricey if he keeps getting contacted!!!!lol

    Being supportive as I can.......four whole days into spring practice and I remember why I absolutely HATE football season!!!!! I miss my kid! !!! He's getting home same time as me at night, quick shower, protien shake then he's PASSED OUT!!!!! I had to take the trash out last night cuz he wouldn't wake up......NOT FAIR!!!!!! :((
    Back to scheduling mommy/son time.......

    Well, that was $$ HOPEFULLY well spent!!!!!!! Been helping jeffe with a drywall job past couple days JUST so I could earn extra money for new cleets!!!!! Those fuckers set me back $154!!!!! I hope 'dud remembers who the best mommy in the world is!!!!!! Summer practice is now in full swing.....I miss him already!!!

    I snuck into his room this morning to grab some laundry........I still see my lil newton bewton joshybear when he is sound asleep. Where have the years gone????? Seems like it was only yesterday he was giving me his toothless "uggy face" grins.......when actually, yesterday we sat down to plan out senior portraits.......*sniffsniff*

    I just made milkdud "squeeeeee" like a lil girly man. Gave him the print out receipt for his damned cleats.........he followed up with his version of the cabbage patch and running man. Who would have thought this giant man child would be so in LOVE with shoes!!!!!!LMFAO!!!!!! I'll have to post a pic when they get here.......he doesn't know how far I took the customization.......his number is on the back heels and milk is on the right tongue, dud on the left........he is gonna shit purple twinkies!!!!!!!
