    My nails are always short, so I get the Shellac manicure so the pain wont chip. It's wonderful!

    I paint my own but my favorite home brand of polish is Sinful Colors.  I think I have almost 10 bottles.  

    Very affordable.

    Claire's has the magnetic polish - we didn't have much luck with it.  My daughter LOVES the crackle - fun stuff.

    Oh hey! My nail tech had some of that fuzzy polish! Well not fuzzy POLISH, but she had one of those mannequin hands done up with that fuzzy finish. And it was just a shade or two lighter in color that that^ LOL That's so cool!

    @pallasathene I love those nails! I never get them done anymore but when I did waaaaay back when that's always how I wanted them. They had to be short.

    I love when my nails are done but I bite my cuticles and they always look nasty. I also cant afford to have them done so I just paint my own.
    Stay away from my chocolate and nobody gets hurt!

    These are awesome! I'd never get these. I have enough trouble staying away from the junk food without a constant reminder every time I look at my hands!

    And I wouldn't be able to put on my eyeliner with nails that long LMAO

    I have great natural nails that grow long and strong, fast. Never had them done and almost never do them myself, just a quick file down when they get long enough to be annoying. I'm a chemist, so I'm always gloved up at work and there are a ton of solvents around that make manicures a waste of time. My DS4 and I do our toenails to match, though. Well, he picks the color and I do both of ours. Most recently it was iridescent green/gold. He's already chosen blue for next time.
