If you fell and landed flat on your belly, you should probably call your dr and let them know.  Always better to be overly cautious!  I tripped over a chair leg when I was pregnant and although I didn't land on my belly, I was just like you and worried all night, should I call the dr, should I not.. Well I did call them in the morning, and they told me anytime you fall, you should get checked out.  They just sent me to the maternity portion of the hospital, and they hooked me up to the fetal heart monitor.  That was it..   Good luck!!

Yes, I agree with @MommyIsMyName. Please call your doctor. I fell belly first on the stairs when I was 7 months pregnant with DD4. Fortunately, I was on my way to a Dr's appointment anyway, but when I got there the doctor told me to always get checked out if I fall...especially if you land on your belly. Everything was fine, but it's always better to play it safe. Good luck!

I agree, if you're going to be freaking out regardless you might as well make the trip and get some peace of mind.

I agree it's best to get checked out.

When I was 35 weeks I was showing off to my kids by kicking a soccer ball David Becham styles (you know, with your back to where you want to pull the ball and it goes over your head) over the house. Landed flat on my ass and started pre-labor that went for 2 weeks before baby arrived at 37 weeks.
