    I took a sick day on a fiday during my probation period at work.. I should have gone and just threw up in my garbage can... Im hope i didnt just fuck up my job...

    If you really need to cover your ass, go to a doctor and get a note. Stupid waste of time and money, but if it will save your job...

    Yep. Agreed with @fatchickonabike. That doctor's note will save you. Give them a copy and keep copy for yourself.

    yep, do that.  you don't necessarily have to give it to them, but it's good to have just in case...you're allowed to get sick even if you are in a probationary period...
