    Is there a way to do this not on a first-come, first-served basis? Lots
    of people have work and other commitments and will not be able to jump
    in at just the right time to sign up. Maybe a sign-up period and then a lottery? I'd love to participate (well, I would if I met the criteria), but a land-grab for review slots just doesn't seem fair.

    what about a list, in order, of the ones who've spoken up first about being interested and let them know ahead of time, then open it up to the masses?  Maybe start with the original post @ScaryMommy put out to see if there was interest?

    I just wantes to add I'm interested but have the same problem as @penny re: signing up at a specific time. I have two jobs, a husband and a toddler so a lottery system would be great to me!
