well i wonder if i am pregnant right now and this is why.... about 2 or 3 weeks ago i was really stressed and upset about work. i was telling my husband, let's just move me down to part time and start our family. well i didn't end up doing anything about that, but a week later my boss put me on part time (he didn't know anything about me being stressed etc). now i do throw up a lot bc of stomach issues, but that is usually one time when i wake up and then i feel better. but all last night and this morning i have been puking and feel so nauseous...and when my hubby came in to help me he was like your boobs look great! (i am an a cup so this isn't something he says alot). thats when it hit me that i could be pregnant (we use pull out but i'm not on bc) and now i'm really thinking like hey, i predicted the change in my work schedule what if i am actually pregnant and i predicted that too? did anyone else predict their pregnancy? i will prob go buy a test later

LOL I knew within a week of conceiving with my two boys, but I was almost 6 months with Grace and had not a CLUE. I thought I had stomach cancer!
I did predict the sex of all 3 accurately, and also every other pregnant woman I've come into contact with. -
I knew with my first. I just had a feeling--can't really explain it, but I KNEW I was pregnant.
-
I can't say I predicted my pregnancies, but I definitely knew within a couple weeks. By the time I could use a test, it was already over. My hubs actually called the first 2, also.See ya in another life, sister!

With dd, a week before af was late, I told dh i wanted a baby, to which he replied "I've been trying!" WHAT?! Jerk, lol.

I knew with my first when we finished sex that night. Just a really strong feeling like "oh shit, I'm going to be pregnant". Sure enough, within 2 weeks I was vomiting non-stop (and didn't stop until she was out of me - vomited even after contractions were going strong).
With our second, I didn't know until the vomiting started. Luckily it stopped around the 8 month mark.
Good luck! :) -
I knew at conception. Dh is a "strong swimmer". He wasn't "careful" one night. I asked him "what did you do that for?!" Him: "you said you felt like you were going to start your period? I thought it was safe." Me: "I am going to start in 2 1/12 weeks which is why I said it was crazy that I felt like that Today." Him: "woops" Me:"we need a new house, what are we going to name him?"
lol we both knew, I guess I could have done the morning after but it wasn't really a big deal ... Now it would be a huge deal! -
I had a weird feeling at conception both times. But with my first I didn't know until I took a test. With my second I just knew because I remembered the feeling. I didn't even need to take a test but I did just to be sure.
-
i took a test and it was negative :( but me and hubby are convinced it was wrong. i'll do a test a week until we are right lmao
-
The only times I thought I was preg was when I wasn't. The 2 times I was, I just realized, omg I'm like 2 weeks late for my period, better get a test, lol
One night I had a dream about my friend dying and the next day I went and told her she should get a "preg test cause I bet you're preg" and she was... Thought that was weird.
@brandyhx :( maybe it was too soon to test? Hope you get a + soon :) -
I had a dream that I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I woke up and took one and ....it was positive. :)
-
my first one i didn't know until i was about 4 months. my periods were irregular so i didn't even think to check. until my dad and some co-workers started asking me when i was going to have a baby and saying that they thought i was. with #2, i knew what seemed like instantly. i just had a feeling and was right. with #3, i also had a feeling but was in denial about it so i didn't test until probably 2 months. then i kinda nervous about telling my parents. but dh ended up telling our dds and they busted me out.
-
I was positive I wasn't actually pregnant with my first because I had even almost started my period a few days before my mom insisted I take a test. I wasn't even late! Took the test and bam! Two lines! So when I spotted mid-month 2 years later, and again 5 years later, I knew.deus ex machina

I knew w/ #1 when I was eating yogurt while watching TV and it started to smell awful. I put it on the table and thought I'd throw it out on the commercial. It smelled so bad I had to throw it out immediately and then went and threw up. DH got home and I told him, I'm pregnant and it's a boy. He asked if I took a test, and I said not yet. I was right ;)
With #2, I was clueless until I realized I was 2 wks late and took the test just on a whim. -
I knew the very next day, "something... isn't right." was rolling through my head. When I called my hubs to let him know I took an official test, he said "You know it's a boy right?" He's another gender predictor. We had Jhonen's name picked within two weeks of conception, but I picked a girls name just in case. My family is notorious for the first generation being girls. haha, I just remembered. I went with my mom to have the ultrasound that would confirm boy or girl. She called my husband and told him the baby was a girl just to see what he'd do. He just said "you wish."
-
I predicted my first and third ones. With the first one, my hair started growing really fast around my hairline--all the little "baby hairs/fuzz" grew like an inch over night. I also just "felt" pregnant. No real symptoms...I just knew I was. With the third one, my husband and I got into a HUGE blowup fight one night. It was like PMDD X10...I was LIVID about nothing. I stormed back to my room and sat on the bed and thought--oh shit, I'm pregnant. I was right.
-
Every time! In fact once dh gets paid I am taking a test, I am pretty sure.
-
my DH said "Yup that was a babymaker" with our DD right after sex...he was right, after conception sex with DS he called me and said to go buy a test and to try it in a few weeks...he was right...if HE ever says that to me again...Im cutting his balls offIm pretty extraordinary in an ordinary way
-
I definitely predicted both of my pregnancies! But, that was because I turn into a hormonal monster when I'm preggo and it literally changes my personality :(
Congrats if you get the two lines!!!!!
-
I have always felt when I am ovulating so it wasn't hard to predict. I have sharp pains on whichever side is ovulating for a couple hours, sometimes up to two days. With our first I told my husband I was ovulating and I think he thought I was crazy but he said to "Trust him". Sure enough I got pregnant but both of us were really ready and over the moon happy when we confirmed it.
-
yep. my boobs hurt, which i'd never experienced before. i knew it can happen before your period, but i thought 'shit. i bet i'm pregnant'. my husband thought i was nuts (as i was on birth control) and told me to wait to see if i got my period (i was even spotting) but i went to the store, paid 15 bucks for the stick, and yep. i was pregnant.similar thing actually happened when i first started my period, lol. i was 10 and headed to a pool party and had some weird cramping and thought 'shit, i bet my period is starting'. and i got to the pool bathroom and yep, there is was.funny how you can know these things when you've never experienced them before. guess it's just completely hard wired? for some people...of course their are those women who never notice they are pregnant until they end up in the hospital.
-
@brandyhx CONGRATULATIONS!! I know this is something you've been hoping for, I'm so happy for you!!!!
-
and now so embarrassed that i used 'their' instead of 'there'. thankfully i'm anon!

A friend had a dream I had a little girl. She didn't know we were
trying. The next month, I found out I was pregnant. It was a boy, but
still. The first thing that made me wonder was I started having really
vivid dreams right away. I had read that it was common in pregnancy.
With the second one, we had been trying for a longer time and I didn't
know until I took a test. I totally expected another negative test, and
was surprised when it was positive. -
My son predicted my twins. After he was born, I was told that I went through menopause and would not be able to have kids again. About a year later, my son started talking about 'my sisters' this and 'my sisters' that. I kept saying "Oh, honey, Mamma can't have any more babies." He never reacted when I said that.
So about 2 months later, I apparently got pregnant. I hadn't had but 6 periods in the three years since my son was born, so I didn't know I was pregnant till almost 2 months later. It was my sons' birthday (day after Christmas) when I finally realized and took the test. So I told my husband while we were sitting on the couch and after he freaked out, my son said "Yeah, Mamma's having babies!" And I said "Oh, honey, Mamma is probably only gonna have one baby." And he said "Nope, there's two babies!"
Well, three weeks later, I found out I was having twins. My husband freaked out again, but when I told my three year old son, he just said "Yeah, my sisters." Then 6 months later I had twin girls. They are 2.5 months old now. Kinda weird. He does other little psychic stuff like that every now and then. I wish he'd come up with some damn lottery numbers.
And actually, over 15 years ago a friend of mine had a dream that I had twins. That was even before I knew I wanted children, so I totally blew that off, but remembered as soon as the doctor told me it was twins.
