My little Tim Burton

First, she drew the shrinking head character from Beetle Juice. Sure, that was pure coincidence. But this, this is too much:
She claims they’re just hands, but it appears otherwise. Should I be concerned, or just groom her for film school? Clearly, she’s gifted beyond her years. And, perhaps, a tiny bit disturbed.

That’s so funny, my little guy had four pairs of scissors on his hands yesterday to imitate Edward. He loves him.

Very talented! Art supplies, quickly, purchase them…

Seriously, my mother asks the kids she teaches to draw a person when she’s assessing them for learning difficulties and some of the things you look for when scoring the drawing include proportions, body parts, clothes, smiles, fingers… the details. She’s brilliant! :)

I’d say film school too.

Or maybe med school? Surgeon perhaps?

Love exploring the blog by the way!!

Pure genius talent I would say. And I agree with Tash… more art supplies!

And not only are they Tim Burton hands, that character also has polydactylism!

Film school it is, I’d say. She clearly has a gift for the grotesque.

Good to know, Tash. I knew she was brilliant.

thegirlof510, you were so on my page with this!

I do love her drawings. She gets into themes– it was hearts, then rainbows, then houses. Now she’s all about the features. They crack me up!!
And, yes, our fridge is plastered wit them. :)

Why is it that the truly gifted are always in some way “disturbed”? And I mean that in a good way!! I come from a loooong line of disturbed women, trust me!!! The men are never bored in our family!

Talent for sure. Sign her up for more art classes so you can further enhance her creativity. I always wished for more art; I was always craving it, but didn’t know it till I was in the class. You know what I mean?

Scary Talent! If she starts watching “A Room with a View” and saying how groovy Helena Bohem Carter is-well…

This is brilliant. I say groom her for film school. She’s obviously got a gift.
