1. First of all, I had the pleasure of meeting (again) the fabulous Loralee from Loralee’s Looney Toons. Hers was one of the very first blogs I discovered, and still one of my favorites. And she has a buddy at the White House. Read about the night here.
2. You know how everyone uses Evite because it’s easy and convenient and free? There’s a better solution you may not know about. Pingg offers the same services as Evite, but better. Much better. And totally, completely free. I’ve partnered up with them and will soon be designing invitations and cards exclusively for their site. In the meantime, you can see and use the designs they offer here. I think it’s such a fantastic company and am really excited about it.
3. I have another project that I’m getting ready to share. Before I do, though, I’m looking for some really good food blogs. Do you have one of your own, or a favorite? Please leave it in the comments!
4. I do apologize for the lamest excuse for a post I’ve ever written. Lily is having a cavity filled today, so that should make for good blog fodder. And reason to drink at noon.

Congratulations on your Pingg partnership. I hate Evite and have been looking for an alternative. I love the designs on the Pingg site! They’re so clean and modern. I’ll be using the wedding dress one for a shower. Thanks!! I have a baking blog that I started http://buttercreamlane.blogspot.com/ and if I can brag, it is set up so that you don’t have to go through every page to find what you need. When you click on cookies it will put up a list of the cookies and the links to each individual recipe. I hate hunting through a blog for one recipe. I also have recipes on my blog, without the links though! Happy Thanksgiving.
