Maurice

A derivative of Maurus, a Latin name meaning "dark-skinned." But it doesn't matter what color your little Maurice's skin turns out to be - he will still color on some part of his body with a permanent marker at some point in his childhood, because this seems to be a universal trait among toddlers with access to permanent markers.
