Apples and sweet potatoes and honey, oh my! Fall is full of fresh flavors and, with them, delicious baking recipes. Celebrate the turn of the season — and the rest of autumn — by adding these 10 easy fall dessert recipes to your menu.

Oatmeal Stuffed Apple

Ingredients: 4 apples, 1 c oats, ¼ c brown sugar, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, ¼ c butter

Instructions: Cut out core of each apple and place them on a baking sheet. Mix oats, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon together. Then spoon mixture into each apple and place them in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and serve.

Iron Skillet Apple Pie

Ingredients: ½ c butter, 1 c brown sugar, 5 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored, thinly sliced), pie crusts, 1 c white sugar, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, ¼ c white sugar, 1 tbsp butter

Instructions: Place melted butter and brown sugar into skillet. Thinly slice apples and place pie crust on top of melted butter. Add apples, sugar, and cinnamon to the crust. Repeat this step with two more layers of pie crust and apples. Spread butter on the third crust, bake for 40 minutes, then serve.

Pecan & Maple Syrup Cheesecake

Ingredients: 1 c flour, 3/4 c ground pecans, 3 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 8 tbsp unsalted butter, three 8-oz cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 /4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp maple flavor, 4 eggs, 1/2 c maple syrup, 1/2 c heavy cream

Instructions: Mix flour, ground pecans, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and butter together. Press into baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and maple flavor. Add eggs, maple syrup, and cream. Pour mixture into crust. Bake 40- 55 minutes at 300 degrees. Serve.

Chocolate & Cardamom Bundt Cake

Ingredients: 1 c butter, 1 c sugar, 4 eggs, 2 c flour, 3 tbsp milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1/2 tsp clove powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, white or dark chocolate

Instructions: Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour, milk, vanilla extract, cacao powder, cardamom powder, clove powder, and cinnamon together. Pour batter into greased bundt baking pan. Bake for about 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt white or dark chocolate, drizzle over cake, and serve.

Sticky Toffee Pudding Layer Cake

Ingredients: 10 oz. pitted dates, 1 ½ c water, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 box yellow/golden cake mix, 1⅓ c dairy-free milk, 4 egg whites, ⅓ c dairy-free yogurt, ⅓ c vegetable oil, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 c salted butter, 1 c brown sugar, 5 tbsp molasses, 1 tsp salt

Instructions: Boil dates in water, adding baking soda before mashing together. Mix eggs, water, milk, eggs, yogurt, vanilla extra, and yellow cake mix together. Stir dates into cake batter, bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix molasses, vanilla extract, butter, sugar, milk, and salt evenly. Pour over cake and serve.

Blondies

Ingredients: 1 c unsalted butter melted, 2 c brown sugar, 2 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 c flour, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt

Instructions: Mix melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and pour mixture into baking pan. Place in oven for about 30 minutes, let cool, then serve.

Spiked Hot Cocoa

Ingredients: Cocoa powder, 4 oz 2% milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 c semisweet chocolate chips, 1 oz bourbon

Instructions: Pour milk into saucepan to simmer. Add cocoa powder, cinnamon, and chocolate chips. When serving, first pour the bourbon into the cup, then the hot cocoa.

Red Velvet Cookies

Ingredients: 1 c flour, 4 tsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 c unsalted butter, 1/2 c granulated sugar, 1 egg, 2 tsp liquid red food coloring, 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, butter, and granulated sugar together. Add an egg, red food coloring, and vanilla. Let mixture firm for one to two hours, then scoop a tablespoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes, let cool, then serve.

Chocolate Dipped Granola bars

Ingredients: 2 c oats, ½ c chopped almonds, ¼ tsp salt, ½ c almond butter, ½ c honey, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 large bar dark chocolate, ½ c trail mix, pumpkin seeds

Instructions: Mix oats, almonds, and salt together. Microwave almond butter and honey for 30 seconds, then add vanilla. Blend dry and hot butter mix until even. Pour mixture into pan and freeze for 20 minutes. When firm, cover with melted chocolate and pumpkin seeds and put it back in freezer for 10 minutes. Serve.

Pear With Walnuts

Ingredients: 2 large pears, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 tsp honey, 1/4 c crushed walnuts, honey

Instructions: Slice pears in half and scoop out seeds. Place pears face up on baking sheet and sprinkle cinnamon, walnuts, and honey on top. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then serve.
