This bridal party held rescue pups and the photos are going viral

Prepare to squeal at the cutest wedding photos ever created. The best bridal party in history decided to hold six adorable rescue pups in order to help them find their forever homes. And since the internet, known for its love of dogs, can’t get enough of their cute faces we’ve got the whole story.

The special puppy appearance was all thanks to the bride, who clearly loves dogs and has devoted her life to helping them. Sarah Mallouk Crain works for Pitties Love Peace, a dog rescue, and thought featuring rescue animals during her Sept. 10 wedding in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania would be a great idea. Her husband Matt and their bridal party loved the concept and now we all get to say awwww at these pics.

“From the minute the puppies came bounding around the corner exploring their new surroundings, the bridesmaids were gushing about how cute they were,” Caroline of Caroline Logan Photography told Scary Mommy. “It was a dream for everyone!” Caroline said the five boxer-Coonhound puppies are sisters and are each named after the five First Ladies: Martha, Abigail, Dolley, Elizabeth, and Louisa. And the Pit Bull the bride held is only 9-weeks-old, from the streets of Brooklyn, and is affectionately referred to as Biggie Smalls.

Even though they’re young, the sweet pups didn’t have any accidents or use any of the bridesmaid’s dresses as chew toys on Sarah and Matt’s big day. “While photographing six rambunctious puppies brought an added challenge, it also caused the bridal party to be more at ease,” Logan shared with us. “Having something to divert attention from that uncomfortable ‘Oh my goodness, I’m getting my picture taken… what do I do with my hands?!’ feeling to pure puppy bliss made for relaxed photos where the bridal party was able to focus on interacting with the fun-loving puppies.”

Just look at how much fun everyone is having during what can sometimes be a tedious part of a wedding ceremony. “The wedding party was loving all the puppy snuggles,” Logan said. Clearly. And the internet has loved the story and photos, too. They’ve been shared ALL over the web. “It is surreal and so rewarding to see people connecting with the photos as much as they are,” the photographer told us.

The best part is that these sweet faces will be heading to a fabulous new home any day now. The sister pups will be available for adoption from the rescue organization where the bride’s worked since it was founded, Pitties Love Peace. The group currently has an additional 40 or so dogs that also need a new home. We’re sure they’d be up for a fun wedding, too.

“My days are spent rescuing, training or rehabilitating dogs so it only seemed fitting that I needed to include some on our big day,” Crain told The Huffington Post. The couple has three dogs of their own and foster pups who’re waiting to be adopted. “They are the best ‘kids’ we could ever have,” the bride explained.
