Jessica Alba rang in the new year by giving birth to a baby boy. Hayes Alba Warren is Alba’s third child with her husband, Cash Warren. The couple have two girls; nine-year-old Honor, and five-year-old Haven.

The actress, business owner, and busy mama took to Instagram to share the good news. “Best gift to ring in the New Year!! Cash and I feel so blessed,” Alba, 36, shared. “Haven and Honor are already obsessed with their new baby bro.” Baby Hayes already knows how to make a memorable entrance. He also happens to be adorable and has a ton of hair.

The baby boy couldn’t miss all the New Year’s Eve festivities either as he apparently arrived early. His dad let that secret out on Instagram writing: “Hayes Alba Warren: You sure know how to ring in the new year! You showed up a few days early but we couldn’t be any happier.” He also took time to share some sweet thoughts about his fabulous family. “Your Mamma is the strongest woman I know … you’re so lucky to have her by your side. You have two amazing sisters who already adore you and I know you’ll be thankful to have them guide the way,” he said. “On your first day of life, I promise to love you, to cherish you, and to provide you with a sandbox full of dreams to explore. Welcome to the family my sweet baby Hayes!”

The Alba Warren ladies took to Instagram earlier this year to share the news of Hayes’ anticipated arrival in an adorable video. “Cash and I are officially going to be outnumbered, ” Alba wrote. “#babyonboard #herewegoagain #blessed”

After the birth of her second daughter, the Honest Company CEO shared her thoughts on avoiding mom guilt: “Don’t get overwhelmed trying to do everything at once,” she explained. “Lay out what you can get done now and what will take longer. Don’t be hard on yourself.”
