It’s an indisputable fact: Everyone loves a cute kid in a Halloween costume. This makes it our duty as parents to stuff our uncooperative offspring into itchy costumes and schlep them around the neighborhood collecting candy that we’ll dive into while they nap.

Let’s be honest. It’s all about the photo op. But once you have a sibling to add to the mix? That’s when the real magic happens. Break out the good camera, moms. These costumes are finally making the cut for that photo album collecting dust in the attic.

1. Magician and Bunny

A costume that allows you to make your younger sister disappear? I think I’ll wear this every day.

2. Cop and Robber

How perfect is this for a sibling costume? Rule-following older brother cracking down on the wayward brother. That inmate looks a little too happy about his situation, though.

3. Gumball Machine and Quarter

Simple, cheap, and absolutely adorable — what else could you want in a Halloween costume? Oh yeah, a new gumball hat you can wear when your baby is done with it.

4. Max and Madeline

Personally, I’m a sucker for kids who love to read, so this pair’s got my vote. A+, Mom and Dad. You get all the full-sized Snickers this year.

5. Bee and Beekeeper

We’re all fans of the classic pairs like salt and pepper and Peter Pan and Tinkerbell, but this one knocks it out of the park on creativity. It doesn’t hurt that the kids are really freakin’ cute, too.

6. Garth and Wayne

Tiny Wayne and pint-sized Garth? Party on!

7. BLT

The costumes start getting a little harder when a third sibling joins the crew. (If you’ve ever been a random afterthought pumpkin while your siblings are dressed as an adorable Jack and Jill, then you know what I’m talking about). But this trio totally nails it.

8. Shaggy and Scooby

Because even dogs aren’t exempt from the family Halloween costume, dammit. Looks like you’re having fun, Scooby, and there’s a treat in it for you later.

9. Cinderella and Gus Gus

Stahp with the cuteness. These two are killing me. And you can go ahead and step aside, TSwift. This little girl can rock a red lip better than you on Grammy night.

10. Nursing Home Escapees

Is there anything cuter than a pair of chubby-cheeked toddlers dressed up as octogenarians? I think not. You better check Gladys’ handbag, though. I think she swiped all the sugar packets from that diner back there.

You won’t see a more frightening pair trolling the streets this year.

Watch your backs out there.
