Can I Get A 'Hell Yeah!' For Rolled-Up Pepperoni And Cheese?
We’re always on the go and can barely find the time to eat. Just kidding — we can always eat. But these pepperoni rolls definitely make it painless, and the ingredients are already in the pantry. Can it get any easier? Did we mention that the kids love them? Try sneaking some vegetables in there too — they won’t even mind. They’re that good.
Makes: 10 Roll-ups
Prep time: 10 minutes Total: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients
1 tube Pillsbury pizza crust
30 pepperoni slices 10 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut to size of dough 2 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp dried parsley grated parm, for topping fresh parsley, for topping marinara sauce for dipping
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. Spread pizza dough out on greased baking sheet 3. Cut dough to size of mozzarella stick 4. Arrange 3 pepperoni slices on each rectangle 5. Top with a mozzarella cheese stick 6. Roll dough, pinching closed on all sides 7. Add garlic powder and parsley to melted butter 8. Brush sticks with butter 9. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 450 degree F
