The 'Game Of Thrones' Cast Was Red Carpet Perfection At Their Final Season Premiere
The “Game of Thrones” cast knows how to do a red carpet like no other
As the first episode of the final season of Game of Thrones gets closer, fans are feeling a lot of feelings. There’s so much we’ll miss about the show and knowing we’re mere episodes away from it all ending is tough to take. But one thing a lot of us probably haven’t thought about is the fact that we’ll be all done seeing this hot as heck cast slaying red carpets left and right. Last night’s season premiere in Manhattan brought out our faves, and as usual, left us drooling over their haute lewks.
First and foremost, we need to discuss Gwendoline Christie. Like, immediately. Most fans are used to seeing her dressed as Brienne of Tarth, and while she rocks that look until the very end of time, it’s red carpet Gwen that truly stuns.
Look. At. This. Woman.
She can keep all of our Oaths. Every single one.
Christie arguably stole the show in her Iris Van Herpen couture gown. She also shared with reporters her favorite female character from the show — which will come as no surprise to fans who know of Brienne’s true loyalties.
Starks forever. Speaking of which, Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner were adorable together as always while also setting the carpet on fire with their gorgeous looks.
I truly don’t think I can handle a world with no more Sansa and Arya red carpet bonding sessions. My heart is breaking already, but the pair are real-life buds, so maybe they will work together again someday. I mean, they have to. We need this.
Emilia Clarke also killed it last night. As per usual, our Khaleesi didn’t disappoint with her Cinderlla-esque Valentino gown. Her dark-red lip also absolutely didn’t hurt. Flame emojis all day long.
A bit of a closer look while she mugs with co-star Peter Dinklage.
And the ladies weren’t the only ones owning the carpet last night. Kit Harington, aka, Jon Snow, came to slay, not play.
But of course, he’s nothing without his Ygritte, onscreen and real-life love Rose Leslie.
Joe Dempsie returns this season as the long-lost Gendry, and let me just say, I’m already fanning myself after his appearance last night.
Sorry, have to squeeze in one more lady because our Missandei (Nathalie Emmanuel) looked like an actual angel in her frothy orange gown.
To say fans are pumped for the final season is an understatement. As each trailer is released, the excitement and anticipation grow. We’re all practically counting the hours until April 14 finally arrives and we can see the gang of Westeros in all their glory for the very last time.
