How to Fake it 'Til You Make it with Creme Brûlée

Creme Brûlée is my favorite (obviously) but I don’t have the time to separate a million egg yolks and then let them set for hours! There are places to go and people to see (and by “places” I mean baseball practice, and by “people” I mean my kids coach). Why should I have to miss out on this delicious dessert?
