Justin Timberlake Helps Fan Announce Her Pregnancy In The Most Epic Way

Justin Timberlake literally stopped his concert to announce the baby’s arrival

While there is no limit to the lengths women will go to in order to creatively announce their pregnancies, this one may just top them all. Because it’s not every day one of the world’s biggest pop stars completely stops their concert to help announce the pregnancy of one of their fans, but Justin Timberlake recently did just that for one lucky mom-to-be.

Darcell Baxtresser has been a fan of Justin Timberlake’s since she was a kid (I mean, haven’t we all?), so naturally she was sitting front and center when her pop idol came on tour to her town. She snagged JT’s attention by holding a sign that read, “Will you help me announce my pregnancy tonight?” during his concert earlier this week in Detroit.

And OMG, this video is so cute and sweet you might just squeal until you pass out.

“This was the most amazing, magical, unforgettable moment I have ever had in my life!” Baxtresser gushed on Facebook. “My first love to announce my pregnancy was crazy! A truly special memory I will forever cherish! Thank you!” You know what would be the perfect baby shower gift for her? Why, none other than lullabies of her favorite JT songs, of course.

Baxtresser tells Scary Mommy she wasn’t planning on telling her family about the big news for a few more weeks, but her friends convinced her to give the sign-at-a-concert thing a try. “His reaction was unbelievable,” she says. “I was only expecting a picture and then for him to continue on with the show. For him to think that moment was very cool and felt the need to stop the show was unreal.”

After noticing Baxtresser’s sign, JT took a pause. “I gotta stop the show for a minute. This is very cool,” Timberlake told the crowd. “This says, ‘Will you help announce my pregnancy tonight?’” After announcing that “Baby Bax” is set to arrive this fall, JT brought out a round of shots to celebrate. As you do when you’re in the middle of a huge performance when you’re an even more huge star.

The best part of the whole video might have been when Timberlake asked, “Is the father here tonight?” And when Baxtresser nodded “no” (because come on, who takes their husband in lieu of their girlfriends to a Justin Timberlake concert?!), he goes, “Mmmhmm, I see what you’re about tonight.” LOL.

Sorry everyone else out there, but no amount of holiday-themed sonogram photos or perfectly posed Pinterest-inspired pregnancy announcements will ever top this one. JT forever.
