And yes, adding more plastic to earth’s overall waste is a valid reason to avoid purchasing this item. And yes, people are definitely lazy. But — much like the heated debate over plastic straws — what about people with disabilities that prevent them from being able to easily peel and core an avocado? Something like this allows them to enjoy them without a big hassle.
