You’re going to need a rice wine (or mirin), low-sodium soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, brown sugar, boneless chicken breasts, cloves of peeled garlic, fresh ginger, frozen cooked white rice, steamed broccoli, sliced scallion, and sliced red chile.
