Turn Your Leftovers Into Bite-Size Mashed Potato Balls

Thanksgiving means family, friends, and food. It also means messes and leftovers! We can’t help with the cleaning, but here’s a super easy trick to deal with the extra stuffing and mashed potatoes! It also makes a fun kid-friendly side dish or hors d’oeuvre.

Makes: 8 balls

Prep time: 10 minutes Total: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients

Mashed potatoes (leftovers or fresh)

1 box stovetop stuffing 1 container pre-made gravy

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Grease mini muffin tin 3. Spoon stuffing into each mini muffin, packing it down and filling it slightly above the top 4. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes, until edges are browned 5. Remove from oven and let sit until cool enough to handle 6. Using a tablespoon scoop, scoop out the mashed potatoes and form into a ball 7. Place on top of each stuffing filled muffin tin and top with gravy
