Dyana is a Los Angeles-based contributing writer to Scary Mommy who has written for several other online publications including PureWow, POPSUGAR, and Hello Giggles! She is also a podcast producer having produced several podcasts including award-winning The Sarah Silverman Podcast, Welcome to The OC, Bitches! and We Have the Receipts (in partnership with Netflix). Prior to that, she worked in the production departments and writers' rooms of several sitcoms including some you may know (Entourage, Happy Endings, Catfish) and some you may not remember because the TV pilots never made it to air.
Dyana is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys being the first to try out the newest trends and report on them. The same goes for food. She’ll try anything once.
Dyana became a mother in January of 2023 to her son, Spencer. She has been a dog mom to her Bernedoodle, Chester, since the pandemic. She lives in Redondo Beach with those two boys and her husband, Gregg.
Fun facts include she has never had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, one of her favorite foods is prunes (don’t hate), and she is the proud owner of one green water bottle previously owned by David Schwimmer.
